Gro Urban Oasis retail gift cards are exclusively valid for use on the Gro Urban Oasis website in the country of issue and are intended for online use only. 
Gift cards are valid for a duration of 3 years from the date of purchase, and cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft, damage, or if an incorrect email address is provided by the customer. Online retail gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any remaining balance on the card can be used for future online purchases.

All transactions made with retail gift cards are considered final, and no refunds or returns will be issued (consumer guarantee rights still apply). Gro Urban Oasis reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By purchasing this gift card, the cardholder agrees to adhere to all terms and conditions.
