Outer covers with torn spine, held together 1" base of spine.  Tanning on covers. Stain on front cover.  Bumped corners.  Booklet bound in red cotton.  Reverse of loose picture has pencil notations and previous owners name in biro.  A very neat booklet.  Fine for reading.
